Spread awareness about government schemes, education, healthcare, employment, or other project activities.
Distribute information and explain eligibility and procedures.
Beneficiary Identification
Identify and register potential beneficiaries.
Collect basic information and verify details according to project requirements.
Field Visits & Follow-up
Conduct regular field visits.




Follow up with beneficiaries to check their participation and progress.
Identify problems and report them to supervisors.
Coordination
Coordinate with community leaders, local authorities, schools, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
Support project staff during field activities.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain attendance sheets, beneficiary records, and activity registers.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly field reports.
Record photographs and other supporting documents when required.
Feedback & Problem Solving
Collect feedback from community members.
Identify challenges faced by beneficiaries.
