Job Objective
Manage channels for sales and business development and implement organizational strategic imperatives in the assigned region in order to sustainably contribute to the top and bottom line goals of the organization and its market’s strategy.
Primary responsibilities
Role and Responsibilities:
Design and strategize the annual India business / profit plan in alignment with ACGE’s 3year strategic growth
plan.
Achievement of growth, revenue generation and business development for all Pharma product lines of ACGE
as per the annual profit plan
Strategize for increasing market share, brand equity and customer relations in the India market
Develop functional systems, processes and building & nurturing a Team for sustained growth in the India
markets
Direct and coordinate the India business operations within the currently laid down policies and procedures of
the company
Keep updated with the business dynamics to provide useful insight, market research-based knowledge and
analytical support for business growth strategies
Coordinate with stakeholders within and outside of ACGE for achievement of business results
