Role Purpose
Owns product analytics and user engagement across every product line on the Ashika platform — supporting all Product Managers in data-driven decision making, end-to-end CleverTap journey orchestration, data extraction and visualization, and alignment of the team on success metrics. CleverTap is a central, day-one-critical part of this role.
Key Ownership Areas
The Product Data Analyst will directly own the following areas across Trading, Payments, Research & Insights, Portfolio, Mutual Funds, Onboarding & KYC, and API & Fintech:
CleverTap Platform — End-to-end ownership of CleverTap — event taxonomy, segmentation, journeys, campaigns, experimentation, and measurement
Data Extraction — SQL-based data extraction and analysis across the data warehouse to answer product and business questions
Visualization & Reporting — Dashboards, scorecards, and self-serve reporting for every PM, squad, and leadership review
Experimentation — A/B and multivariate tests across product surfaces and CleverTap journeys, with clean experiment design and honest analysis




Metrics Alignment — Success-metric tracking and weekly rhythm that keeps PMs, engineering, marketing, and leadership aligned
Core Responsibilities
CleverTap Ownership
Own the CleverTap event taxonomy, user profile model, and data dictionary — ensuring events are clean, consistent, and well-governed across mobile, web, and server-side sources
Design and manage user segments — behavioural, demographic, RFM, lifecycle-stage, and product-specific cohorts
Build and orchestrate end-to-end journeys across Push, In-App, App Inbox, Email, SMS, and WhatsApp — including onboarding drop-off recovery, first-trade activation, SIP setup nudges, dormant reactivation, margin-call alerts, and cross-sell
Leverage CleverTap capabilities — Funnels, Flows, Pivots, RFM analysis, IntelliNODE (send-time optimisation), and Clever.AI (predictive scoring) — to make journeys adaptive, not static
Run structured A/B tests on journeys, creativ
