Role overview

Own the seller relationship — from home visit and offer to marketing and closing. You make selling feel effortless.

What you'll do

Assess homes and present clear, data-backed offers
Guide sellers through mandate, upgrades and marketing
Coordinate photography, listings and buyer outreach
Keep sellers informed with total transparency

What we're looking for

2–4 years in real estate, acquisitions or sales
Strong negotiation and relationship skills
Analytical, organized and detail-obsessed
A genuine desire to fix a broken experience
