Role Description The Field Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The individual in this role will identify and engage potential clients, present DALMAF’s service offerings, and build long-term relationships with businesses and professionals.



Daily responsibilities include visiting client locations, conducting sales meetings and presentations, explaining service packages, and following up on leads to close deals. The role also involves maintaining sales records, preparing basic sales reports, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients, and providing ongoing support to enhance client satisfaction. The Field Sales Executive will be expected to meet defined sales targets while representing DALMAF’s values of professionalism and client-first service.
Qualifications
Solid sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, present solutions clearly, and close deals effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and collaborate with internal teams.
