About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist who understands what makes brands stand out in a fast-moving digital world.
At MCI, you’ll work across our brand and client ecosystem, bringing ideas to life through engaging content, thoughtful social media strategies and well-executed campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity, content, trends and performance to build meaningful brand conversations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop engaging and creative content for MCI and its brands across social media platforms.
Manage and maintain MCI’s social media handles while ensuring consistent brand communication.
Plan and create social media posts, campaigns and content calendars.
Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver content for client projects.
Coordinate with creative, content and other teams to ensure timely execution of social media initiatives.




Track social media performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
Stay updated on emerging social media trends, formats, platform updates and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
8–13 years of relevant experience in social media, digital content or related roles.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats and audience behaviour.
Ability to develop engaging content ideas aligned with brand objectives.
Experience managing social media calendars and campaigns.
Comfortable working with multiple internal teams, stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
A keen eye for trends and an understanding of what makes content relevant, engaging and shareable.
Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.
