Role Description The Sponsorship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving sponsorship revenue and building long-term partnerships for Why Summits’ global conferences and events.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and prospecting potential sponsors, developing tailored sponsorship packages, conducting presentations and negotiations, and closing sponsorship deals. The role also involves coordinating sponsorship activation, ensuring sponsor deliverables are met, and collaborating with the event management team to integrate sponsor activities into event programs. The Sponsorship Manager will maintain accurate sales pipelines, prepare regular performance reports, and provide feedback on market trends and sponsor needs to optimize future offerings. This role requires close coordination with marketing, operations, and speaker management teams to maximize sponsor visibility and event value.
