Marsh is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Analyst – Accounting Operations for Mumbai/ Pune office ​

Analyst - Accounting Operations

What can you expect?
- A member of the Finance function who will work with accounting operations team.
- Working closely with the onshore teams and other functional finance teams.
- Continuous mentorship – collaborate with peers as receive both formal training as well as day to day mentoring from your manager.

We will count on you to:
- Ensure achievement of agreed SLAs for the accounting operations team.
- Identify automation opportunities proactively within the process.
- Maintain and update documentation to comply with ISO standards.
- Manage month-end / quarter-end finalization and reporting for the below processes:
- Payroll
- Fixed Assets
- Inter-company
- Bank reconciliations
- Accruals / Prepayments
- Leases
- Revenue




- Managing review for all balance sheets reconciliations and meeting the global deadlines.
- Managing audit requirements

What you need to have:
- Any relevant Accounting degree, CA qualified preferable
- Fresher in Commerce Graduate
- Prior experience in working in similar roles

Eligibility Criteria
- Prior experience of working in Inter-co
- Should not be under any Performance Continuity Plan, or had any official Disciplinary action within the last 3 months

What makes you stand out?
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (Knowledge of macro preferable)
- Positive Accounting knowledge
