Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
Total experience 4+ years
Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting end-to-end Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Extend, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)
Experience building and maintaining custom applications, orchestrations, and extensions on the Workday Extend platform (Standard and Professional), including custom business objects, APIs, and UI pages.
Experience developing and supporting outbound/inbound integrations with third-party and downstream systems (payroll providers, benefits carriers, ATS,



financial systems, data warehouses, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft).
Experience applying Workday AI/automation capabilities (e.g., Workday Illuminate, AI Gateway, extend-based ML skills, and intelligent automation features) to streamline processes and enhance integration and reporting workflows.
Experience writing and optimizing XSLT, XPath, Groovy, and Workday Custom Report-based transformations for complex data mapping requirements.
Experience configuring and troubleshooting PECI and other payroll/financial interface protocols as needed.
Experience building advanced calculated fields, custom reports (including matrix and composite reports), and RaaS (Report-as-a-Service) endpoints for downstream consumption.
Experience owning integration security design, including integration system users (ISUs), security groups, X.509 certificates, OAuth 2.0, and API access policies aligned to least-privilege prin
