Qualification
- MBA (Finance), M.Com, CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification.
- Ph.D. is preferred for senior academic roles.

Experience
- 2–5 years of teaching or relevant industry experience in Finance.
- Candidates with strong industry experience in banking, investment, financial analysis, or corporate finance may also be considered.
