About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 1–5 years of experience to join our growing team.

This is a target-driven role focused on identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, developing client relationships, and driving the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.



The ideal candidate is commercially driven, proactive, and passionate about building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and drive deals to closure.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
