Role Description:

The Key Account Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing relationships with strategic customers, understanding their project requirements, and providing suitable smart glass solutions. Daily activities include coordinating with the manufacturing and technical teams, preparing proposals and quotations, conducting product presentations and demonstrations,



and monitoring order status to ensure timely delivery. The role involves regular client visits, handling queries and escalations, tracking account performance, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The Key Account Executive also contributes to market feedback and sales planning to support Royal Tint's growth objectives.

Qualifications
- Strong account management and client relationship skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in sales and negotiation, including proposal development, closing deals, and achieving assigned revenue targets.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with comfort in conducting in-person meetings, product demos, and qualified correspondence.
- Basic understanding of technical or industrial products, preferably in glass, smart glass, construction, or related sectors.
