Role Summary

The role is primarily responsible for owning, operating, and optimizing the Oracle PBCS application to support accurate, efficient financial consolidation of our budgeting and forecasting cycles. This includes leading system upgrades, managing integrations, troubleshooting, driving process improvements, and coaching users and teams across finance.

It is an ideal role for an experienced systems analyst with a solid knowledge of Oracle PBCS or Oracle FCC, and broad experience of core finance processes and systems.

Qualifications/Education

Experience - Essential
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Planning administration
- Knowledge of Groovy scripting
- Significant experience in consolidation software (2-3+ years), ideally in Oracle FCC or Hyperion.
- Experience with full lifecycle implementations, integrations, configurations, and upgrades of a planning and/or consolidation system.
- Strong understanding of IFRS principles, consolidations, intercompany, reporting, and close processes.




- Strong knowledge of core finance processes (R2R, S2C, P2P) and experience of managing and supporting ERPs.

Key Activities & Responsibilities

General
- Support the day-to-day management and ongoing development roadmap of the Group Finance team’s finance suite, including Oracle PBCS, Oracle EPM, Sage Intacct and associated tools.
- Act as first line of support on system issues and queries for Oracle PBCS.
