Your Role
As MentorSchoolTransformation,youwillbeacatalystforchange,workingdirectlywithschoolstotranslateideas into action.
Youwill:
1. DriveSchoolTransformation
Supportimplementationacrosseight governmentschools.
Visitschoolsregularlytomentorteachersandschoolleaders.
FacilitateclassroomdemonstrationsandpromoteengagingSTEMlearning.
Helpschoolssolveimplementationchallengesandachieveprojectmilestones.
2. BuildCapacity
Supporttrainingprogrammesforteachersandschoolleaders.
Facilitateclustermeetings,workshops,exposurevisits,andlearningcommunities.
Encourageinnovationandcontinuousimprovementacrossschools.
3. StrengthenSTEM&Innovation;
SupporttheestablishmentandeffectiveuseofSTEMLabs.
