The Learning Operations team in the US India office is a team of individuals that provide end to end learning administrative and backend operations support for Deloitte Member Firms across the globe.

Work you'll do

As a Services Support Associate II on the Learning Operations team, you will be responsible for:

Supporting US Talent Development Learning Operations for offshore clients, including training planning and delivery activities
Managing administrative tasks, systems activities, and data entry requirements
Communicating with stakeholders and team leads regarding task status, requirements, and deliverables
Performing quality checks and submitting work with accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
Demonstrating ownership, accountability,



and prioritization while contributing to team and firm initiatives

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

Graduate, MBA, or Post-Graduate degree
0-5 years of experience in a learning operations or backend operations environment
Experience supporting administrative tasks, systems activities, and data entry
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and removing duplicates
Experience using business email and applying email etiquette

Preferred:

Experience creating Microsoft PowerPoint presentations
Experience using virtual platforms, including Zoom, Saba Meeting/Centra, and Micr
