Skills And Competencies





Robust quantitative and analytical design skills with ability to own and enhance business logic components, contributing to end-to-end model development
Hands-on quantitative development with increasing autonomy; translating analytical concepts into scalable model logic and contributing to design decisions
Ability to collaborate effectively with analysts, model developers, and stakeholders
Experience in using AI tools to improve efficiency in analytical and development workflows

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, or Statistics, and either (i) a Master’s or PhD in a related field, and (ii) 3+ years of relevant work experience (e.g., Credit Risk)

Responsibilities

Independently contribute to and partially lead quantitative development and maintenance of credit rating models through hands-on analytical work
Develop and implement quantitative business logic components of credit rating models with limited guidance
