About the Role
The Choco Delight is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support our marketing and business development activities.
The role involves a combination of field visits, client interaction, lead generation, follow-ups and relationship management. The ideal candidate should be confident communicating with customers, comfortable with field work and motivated to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers through various marketing and sales activities.
Conduct regular field visits and face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing customers.
Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
Make calls, send emails and conduct follow-ups with prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
Schedule and attend customer meetings and presentations.
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
Follow up on enquiries and support the sales process from enquiry to order.
Prepare and share product information, catalogues and quotations as required.
Participate in exhibitions, events, networking activities and promotional activities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, meetings and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication and customer support.
Achieve assigned monthly marketing, lead generation and sales targets.
Submit regular reports on field visits, leads, meetings and follow-ups.
Field Work
This is a field-oriented role and requires regular travel within Hyderabad for:

Promotional activities
Events and exhibitions
Candidates should be comfortable spending part of their working time outside the office.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Ma
