About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sr. Business Development Manager to drive business growth across AI, Cloud, Data Center, and related technology solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a solid background in technology sales and business development, with a proven ability to identify new opportunities, build CXO-level relationships, manage strategic accounts, and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies for AI, Cloud, Data Center and technology solutions.
Identify and acquire new customers while expanding business with existing accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO, VP, IT, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data Center and Procurement stakeholders.
Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, networking,



referrals and market research.
Understand customer business and technology requirements and map them to appropriate solutions.
Drive the complete sales cycle — lead generation, qualification, solution discussion, proposal, negotiation and closure.
Work closely with technical/solution teams and subject matter experts to develop customer-specific solutions and proposals.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, solution discussions and commercial negotiations.
Own assigned territory/account revenue targets and ensure achievement of sales quotas.
Develop strategic partnerships and work with technology/channel partners to generate new business opportunities.
Track market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities across AI, Cloud and Data Center technologies.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, pipeline and customer activity.
