Key Responsibilities
AEM Development * Design, develop, enhance and maintain solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). * Translate business and technical requirements into scalable and maintainable AEM solutions. * Develop and customize AEM components, templates and related application functionality. * Work on enhancements and improvements to existing AEM applications and architecture. * Follow established development standards, coding practices and architectural guidelines. * Participate in technical design and solution discussions. * Ensure solutions are designed for performance, scalability, maintainability and reusability. ### Software Development Life Cycle * Demonstrate a valuable understanding of the complete SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and support. * Develop and execute software requirements with minimal supervision. * Analyze existing functionality and identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization. * Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and validation activities.



* Ensure assigned deliverables meet defined quality and acceptance criteria.
Technical Investigation & Troubleshooting * Investigate and troubleshoot application and AEM-related technical issues. * Perform root cause analysis and implement appropriate corrective solutions. * Analyze defects, production issues and performance-related problems. * Work with relevant teams to identify dependencies and resolve technical challenges. * Provide timely resolution of issues while minimizing impact on business deliverables. * Continuously improve existing solutions based on technical findings and lessons learned. ### Work Item Ownership * Take end-to-end ownership of assigned work items from requirement understanding through completion. * Validate and verify completion of assigned tasks against defined requirements. * Track deliverables, dependencies, deadlines and work effort. * Ensure timely completion of assigned activities and p
