Job Summary

The Associate Vice President – PMS Sales will be responsible for driving sales and business development of Portfolio Management Services (PMS) offerings among High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs), family offices, corporate clients, and affluent investors. The incumbent will lead client acquisition initiatives, manage key relationships, achieve revenue targets, and collaborate with investment and product teams to deliver customized wealth management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

Drive PMS sales by acquiring new HNI, UHNI, family office, and institutional clients.
Generate and convert business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market intelligence.
Achieve assigned AUM (Assets Under Management), revenue, and client acquisition targets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the PMS business.




Identify cross-selling opportunities across wealth management, mutual funds, AIFs, bonds, and other investment products.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI/UHNI clients.
Understand clients' financial goals, risk appetite, and investment requirements.
Conduct portfolio review meetings and investment discussions with clients.
Ensure a superior client experience through timely service and regular engagement.
Address client queries and coordinate with internal teams for prompt resolution.

PMS Product Promotion

Present PMS investment strategies, performance, and market outlook to prospective clients.
Explain investment propositions, portfolio construction, and risk-return expectations.
Conduct investor meetings, seminars, webinars, and client engagement programs.
Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and investment opportunities.
