Role Overview

A Valve Design Engineer plays a pivotal role in the design, development, and optimization of valves used across various industries such as oil and gas, chemical processing, food processing, water management, and HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities

The Valve Design Engineer will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that ensure the successful completion of projects and continuous improvement of valve technologies. These include:

Design and Development

Conducting research to understand client requirements and industry standards.
Creating detailed GATE, GLOBE, BALL, CHECK, BUTTERFLY valve designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Developing prototypes and conducting simulations to validate performance.
Ensuring the manufacturability and cost-effectiveness of valve designs.

Testing and Analysis

Performing stress, thermal,



and flow analysis to ensure valve reliability.
Testing valve prototypes under real-world conditions to ensure functionality and durability.
Analyzing test results and incorporating feedback into designs.

Project Management

Managing design projects from conception to completion within deadlines.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and marketing.
Maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
