We are hiring for HVAC Revit Modelers

Arnita Consultants is looking for skilled and passionate HVAC Revit Modelers to join our growing engineering design team. The role offers an chance to work on projects across pharmaceutical, cleanroom, healthcare, and industrial sectors while contributing to BIM-based engineering design and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain HVAC BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Prepare detailed HVAC drawings, schedules, and construction documentation.
Support multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection activities.
Identify and resolve design clashes to improve model accuracy and coordination.
Follow project BIM standards, modelling guidelines, and client requirements.
Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
Maintain model quality, consistency, and technical accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:




3+ years of experience in HVAC Revit Modelling.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
Working knowledge of Navisworks.
Good understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes.
Experience in pharmaceutical, cleanroom, healthcare, or industrial projects will be preferred.
Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering / HVAC / MEP or related field.
