Role Description The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships for International Innovation Nutrition’s product portfolio, with a focus on human and animal nutrition solutions. This full time,



on-site role is based in Namakkal and involves identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets in the assigned region. Day-to-day activities include meeting with existing and prospective customers, presenting product benefits and technical features, negotiating contracts and pricing, and coordinating order management with internal teams. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with technical and marketing colleagues to support product launches, customer training, and market development initiatives. The role also includes preparing sales reports, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and providing feedback to management to refine commercial strategies.
