We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiters to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfill the talent needs of our organization.

Role: US IT Recruiter / Sr. US IT Recruiter
Exp. Req: 3+ Yrs in US IT Recruitment (✅Only relevant exp. will be considered)

Work Timings: EST Shift
Location: Sector 63, Noida -100% Onsite

Qualifications:
Deep understanding of US IT recruitment and be skilled in screening, and validating candidates for IT- roles.
Minimum 3 years of experience in US- IT recruitment ,



with a proven track record of successfully filling IT roles on C2C, W2 and FT roles.
In-depth knowledge of the U.S. Work Visa categories.
Experience recruiting for specific IT disciplines such as software development, cyber security, or data analytics, Cloud Computing and Infrastructure Networking and Systems Administration.
Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Qualifications Required : Bachelor's degree in B. Tech, BCA
