Job Description

Design and Engineering:

Design & development of current parts and products as per required specification
Recording of technical data of samples given by customer
Documentation of new development processes and products such as design validation plan, input data, output data etc.
Dimensional checking and validating its parameter according to drawing in new development till the handover given to production




Releasing all drawings and documents from new development to Q-Inc once production trial and 1st sample submitted to customer
Preparing BOM in SWAN (ERP) software as per sales code
Reviewing customer drawings base on order code placed by Sales and Marketing and for new customer enquiry
Verifying the inspection table from customer drawing with sales and validation department
Cordination with production department Bill of material (If any changes in BOM)
Finalization and approval of the Drawings, BOM and item masters.
Testing coordination with production & quality w.r.t. Design.
Trial coordination with the production & quality departments (whenever required).
Based on correction inputs from production, quality depts., verify the necessary changes in design/specification.
Release the new drawing, BOM to QC, production, purchase, sales, stores for newly developed product. NPRN closing date within 5 days.
