The Senior Manager, Technology Product Management will support strategic technology investments and enterprise capabilities across Optum Rx. This role combines technical product management, portfolio and program leadership, business analysis, financial acumen, governance, and executive reporting.

The successful candidate will partner with business leaders, enterprise capability teams, architects, engineering teams, finance partners, and Enterprise AI teams to evaluate use cases,



develop integrated execution roadmaps, drive adoption, track benefit realization, manage AI cost transparency, and deliver executive-level visibility into technology investments and business value.

Primary Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and translate business and technical requirements across multiple business segments into product capabilities, roadmaps, funding recommendations, and actionable delivery plans
Partner with business, technology, architecture, finance, Enterprise AI, and enterprise capability teams to evaluate use cases, assess business impact, identify dependencies, and support strategic technology investments
Facilitate capability intake, impact assessment, prioritization, governance reviews, funding discussions, and cross-functional decision-making to ensure investments align with business priorities and enterprise strategy
