Compensation:
Fixed: ₹3 LPA (based on experience and interview performance)
Variable: ₹2 LPA apart from Fixed(Incentive plus bonus on deals closed that you sourced)

About the Role:
We're hiring a Business Development Executive to be the first point of contact between ONE Advertising and real estate developers who need better marketing. Your job is simple to describe and hard to do well: find the right developers, get their attention, and get a call on the calendar. If you're positive at this, you become one of the most valuable people in the company because every client relationship starts with you.
This is not a script-reading, box-ticking telecalling job.



You'll need to understand real estate, understand what makes a developer say yes, and think on your feet.

Your Job Role:
Build target lists of real estate developers and builders across India using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, RERA project listings, industry events, referrals, and old research
Reach out via a mix of cold calls, LinkedIn (connection requests, DMs, comments), and email adapting your approach to who you're talking to
Pitch confidently: explain what ONE Advertising does and why it matters for their project, without sounding like a script
Qualify every lead: understand their project stage, budget, timelines, and who the actual decision-maker is before you book anything
Book qualified calls on the founders' calendars, with a short brief so we walk in prepared
Own your pipeline — log every call, message, and follow-up in the CRM daily; nothing falls through the cracks
