Position Summary

Support the delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise identity and access services as a Consultant within Deloitte’s Cyber Operate practice. In this role, you will help maintain the stability, security, and performance of the Ping Identity workplace, including core authentication and access management platforms. You will work across incident response, platform operations, troubleshooting, automation, and change implementation to support reliable identity services for clients. This role is suited for professionals with hands-on experience in identity operations and a focus on operational quality, platform resilience, and service improvement.

Work you'll do

As a Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for…

Supporting administration and operations across the Ping Identity suite, including PingFederate, PingOne, DaVinci, PingAccess, and PingDirectory
Monitoring authentication services and resolving production issues to support availability, performance, and security objectives
Performing root cause analysis,



log review, and technical troubleshooting for platform, integration, and access-related incidents
Executing system updates, security patches, configuration changes, and upgrade activities in alignment with project and client requirements
Creating and maintaining technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting materials
