Role Summary

We are looking for End user Computing engineer

Key responsibilities:




- Deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
- Understanding of Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning and lifecycle management
- Understanding MacOS enrollment using Apple Business Manager.
- Must have knowledge to configure device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and Settings Catalog policies including PowerShell scripting.
- Manage Application deployment (Win32, MSIX, UWP, Store apps) and app lifecycle
- Supported BYOD, CORP, and COBO device scenarios using MDM/MAM policies
- Troubleshoot device enrolment, sync, app deployment, and compliance issues
- Understanding of Conditional Access policies tied to device compliance
- Understanding of Endpoint security policies (Defender AV, BitLocker, Firewall, ASR rules)
- Understanding and managing certificates, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and custom OMA-URI configurations
- Ensure alignment with enterpri
