This role is a strategic investment to accelerate the transition from normal Scrum teams to AI-enabled micro teams. The individual will Driving enterprise-wide workforce transformation In India, manage AI/ML Micro teams and scale AI Agents, Digital Workers, and enterprise AI solutions, increasing delivery capacity, productivity, quality, and speed-to-value while advancing our Human + Digital Workforce transformation strategy.
Primary Responsibility:

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science engineering. Overall 15+ years of experience in AI ML roles
Product Mindset and able to work directly with business, take requirements, design solutions and take ownership of end to end delivery
Experience in implementing real projects and developing AI Agents using Gen AI, Fine tu
