ABOUT THE COMPANY

Three businesses, one operator, one shared GTM engine:

SparqLabs — a B2B GTM engineering agency running outbound for SaaS and AI companies across the US, India and GCC. Cold email, LinkedIn, list building, enrichment, deliverability.

Revenue Cartel / GTME.school — a paid education community and cohort programme teaching GTM engineering, plus curriculum licensing to institutions.

SparqAI — a decision attribution SaaS product for CFOs and RevOps leaders, currently in customer discovery.

Everything runs out of one room. You'll be in it.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

This is a hands-in-the-tools role. You will spend your week inside Clay, Smartlead, HeyReach, Apollo, HubSpot and Google Sheets — not in slide decks.

Campaign execution support (about half your week)





Build and enrich prospect lists in Clay and Prospeo against a given ICP
Clean data — dedupe, verify, fix merge tags, kill the rows that will bounce
Load sequences, provision and monitor sending domains and inbox warmup
Run deliverability checks: bounce rate, spam rate, inbox placement
First-pass reply triage across client inboxes — categorise, flag the positives fast

Reporting and QA

Pull weekly campaign numbers and build the client report for founder review
Run the pre-launch QA checklist on every campaign before it goes live
Log every A/B test and what it produced

Community and workshop operations

Onboard new members into the Skool community
Run workshop funnel ops: reminders, show-up tracking, replay distribution, follow-up sequences
Keep the launch calendar accurate — every asset, every send, every deadline

Founder support

Research and build outreach lists for partnerships, licensing conversations and events
Chase open loops: invoices, contracts pending signature, vendor f
