Experience

5 to 8 years of overall IT background
More than 5 years specifically dedicated to AI Engineering
Solid programming capability in Python
Direct, practical experience with ETL processes and data pipeline construction
Background working with ML/DL frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
Experience applying prompt engineering techniques and working hands-on with LLMs
Familiarity with LLM-oriented frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex,



and Hugging Face
Practical exposure to cloud environments including Azure, AWS, or GCP
Background using MLOps tooling such as MLflow, Kubeflow, and Airflow
Solid track record in API development and deploying models into live use
English proficiency at a minimum B2 level

Responsibilities

Develop and roll out scalable AI/ML models and GenAI solutions in production
Architect and maintain reliable ETL pipelines and broader data workflows
Build LLM-powered applications using current-generation frameworks
Launch models through APIs and connect them with enterprise-level systems
Take full accountability across development, rollout, monitoring, and fine-tuning
Work closely with cross-functional teams to produce AI solutions that meet business needs
