Strada is hiring an AI Engineer and Architect for a working-lead role focused on designing and building production GenAI, RAG, and agentic AI systems. The role blends hands-on engineering, solution architecture, team technical leadership, and client-facing solutioning.

Experience

12–17+ years overall in software engineering
2–3 years of recent hands-on GenAI/Agentic AI project experience
Architecture or technical-lead track record
Owned HLD/LLD for at least one non-trivial system

Responsibilities

Define technical standards, reusable patterns, and reference architecture for GenAI and Agentic AI delivery




Own the AI budget including tooling, LLM/API spend, infrastructure costs, and licensing
Architect and build end-to-end GenAI and Agentic AI solutions from design through production deployment
Own solution architecture across backend services, APIs or microservices, data layer, and cloud infrastructure
Ensure AI components integrate cleanly with existing enterprise systems
Select and justify the technical stack based on the problem
Produce architecture artifacts such as HLD, LLD, sequence diagrams, and integration specs
Review team designs for architectural soundness
Build evaluation, guardrails, and monitoring into AI systems as standard practice
Support presales and solutioning by translating client requirements into a technical approach and effort estimate
Represent the team in client-facing technical discussions
Mentor and technically lead the team and grow GenAI capability
