Roles & Responsibilities

This role required managing end-to-end PMS operations, client servicing, and compliance activities.



Handling relationships with FA, Custody, RTA, AMC, Exchanges, and internal teams. Managing trade processing, settlements, reconciliations, fee calculations, audits, regulatory reporting, branch coordination, and customer queries. Ensuring smooth operations, timely service, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service & Relationship Management:

Set up and own all operational and customer service processes and tasks for the proposed PMS activity
Lead and manage FA, Custody and RTA relationships for proposed PMS business
Branches Co-ordination and ownership of Customer Service processes across WM products & Services offered by the Group
Formulating & Executing processes in line with regulatory requirements and best in class standards to Train CS executives navigate the flow across all transactions, Queries, Exception handling, Escalations, Reporti
