Avyanna Aviation Pvt. Ltd., India’s No. 1 Flight Training Organisation (FTO), is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial and highly execution-oriented Vice President – Human Resources to join our leadership team.

With a growing workforce of 250+ employees and an ambitious growth trajectory, we are looking for an HR leader who can work closely with the Founders and senior leadership to build a strong, scalable and performance-driven organisation.

What We’re Looking For
We need someone who combines strategic HR leadership with a hustler mindset — someone who can build policies and systems, but is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves and getting things done.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement and continuously strengthen HR policies, SOPs, processes and organisational frameworks.
• Work directly with the Founders and leadership team on organisation building, manpower planning, culture, performance and people strategy.




• Own the complete employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance management, compensation, engagement, development, retention and separation.
• Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning across corporate, operational, technical and leadership positions.
• Manage and strengthen payroll, compensation structures, attendance, leave, advantages and HR operations.
• Ensure strong knowledge and implementation of Indian labour laws, employment regulations, statutory compliances and HR governance.
• Build effective KRA/KPI, appraisal and performance-management systems with clear accountability across functions.
• Develop systems capable of supporting Avyanna’s growth beyond its current 250+ employee base.
• Partner with department heads to improve productivity, employee engagement, retention and organisational discipline.
