Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Mumbai. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners,



and promote IICE’s portfolio of courses and services. Daily activities include lead generation through calls, meetings, events, and digital channels; understanding learner needs; presenting suitable programs; and following up to close enrollments. The role involves managing key accounts, maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems, preparing proposals, and supporting marketing and outreach initiatives. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with counseling and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process and high levels of learner satisfaction.
