Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver software solutions with AI deeply integrated into the engineering process
Build and ship production-ready software using AI as a core part of the engineering lifecycle




Apply AI-native practices to develop and validate solutions
Maintain quality and compliance
Continuously improve how software is built and operated
Collaborate with various teams to enhance software development practices and operational efficiency
Design and implement AI-driven software agents that interact within complex systems
Integrate AI workflows into existing software environments to improve automation and decision-making
Support software development lifecycle practices for AI-native applications, including testing and validation
Troubleshoot and optimize AI components for robust and scalable software solutions

Additional Responsibilities

Be an SME and collaborate with the team to perform
Make team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in AI-native software development
Mentor junior tea
