Position: E-Commerce Manager

Location: Sector-46, Gurgaon

Experience: 1–3 years in E-commerce, preferably in Healthcare/Pharma/Medical/D2C

About The Role

We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager with a B.Pharm background to manage and grow our online healthcare/e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of pharmaceutical/healthcare products along with hands-on knowledge of e-commerce operations, marketplace management, and online sales.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across website and online marketplaces.
Handle product listings, descriptions, pricing, inventory, and product information.
Ensure accurate presentation of healthcare/pharmaceutical products and maintain regulatory compliance.
Monitor online orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
Coordinate with sales, inventory, marketing, and operations teams for smooth order fulfilment.
Track online sales, revenue, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.
Identify opportunities to improve online sales and product visibility.




Coordinate with digital marketing teams for campaigns, offers, promotions, and product launches.
Monitor competitor pricing, products, offers, and market trends.
Maintain accurate inventory and coordinate with the warehouse/team to avoid stock-outs.
Prepare regular e-commerce performance reports and share insights with management.
Work towards increasing website/marketplace traffic, conversions, and overall revenue.

Required Skills

B.Pharm qualification is mandatory/preferred.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplaces.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, product listing, and online advertising.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
