Role Description The Architect role at ProArch Design Build is a full time, hybrid position based in Thiruvananthapuram, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, creating detailed drawings and 3D models, and coordinating design solutions that align with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.



The Architect will collaborate closely with construction and interior design teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution and that projects meet quality and regulatory standards. The role involves site visits, design reviews, and regular client interactions to refine proposals, address issues, and support smooth project delivery. The Architect will also contribute to continuous improvement of internal design processes and integration of tools and technologies that enhance project efficiency.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, detailing, and familiarity with local building codes.
Experience in Project Management, such as coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing timelines and budgets, and overseeing design-to-execution workflows.
