Required Qualifications And Experience

B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil /mechinecal/Electrical
Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in project coordination for infrastructure projects.
Experience in Metro, Railway, Highway, Bridge, Flyover, Elevated Structures, or other infrastructure projects will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of project coordination, progress monitoring, reporting, and documentation.
Valuable coordination skills with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.




Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
Monitor project progress, activities, milestones, and deliverables.
Prepare project reports, MIS, MOMs, trackers, and project documentation.
Follow up on pending activities, approvals, submissions, and project issues.
Coordinate project meetings and ensure timely closure of action points.
Support the Project Manager in planning, monitoring, and smooth execution of infrastructure projects.
Maintain proper project records and ensure compliance with project requirements.
