Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Executive role based in Ernakulam.We are looking for a Social Media & Customer Support Executive to become an important part of our customer-facing team.
You will be responsible for managing customer conversations across our social media and communication channels, assisting customers throughout their purchase journey and contributing directly to sales, customer satisfaction and brand experience.




This role is ideal for someone who is confident in communicating with people, understands customer needs and has a strong sales-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through Instagram, WhatsApp and other communication channels
Respond to enquiries promptly, professionally and effectively
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Convert enquiries into sales through effective communication
Follow up with potential customers and pending enquiries
Assist customers with product information, availability, pricing and order-related queries
Handle customer concerns and coordinate with the relevant team for resolutions
Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and follow-ups
Engage with customers and help build a positive brand experience
Assist with day-to-day social media activities and customer engagement
Coordinate with the operations team
