Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer (S Level 4) to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot application performance. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, ensure compliance, and support end-users.

Must-Have Technical Skills:ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB)eDiscovery Tools
Cloud Platform - AWS / Azure / GCP
Key Responsibilities: Monitor application performance and proactively resolve technical issues to ensure high availability.Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for fixes, enhancements, and root cause analysis.Document support processes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.Provide L4 level support to end-users and handle escalations.Participate in testing, deployment, and release management of applications.Ensure security, data protection, and regulatory compliance.

Good to Have:Experience with ITIL processesStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
