About the Role
Morae Global is looking for graduates to join our US immigration team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical, hands-on experience in US immigration processes, legal documentation, petition preparation, and client service while working closely with experienced immigration professionals and attorneys.
The role is suited for candidates who have a strong interest in immigration law and legal operations and are looking to build a career in the US immigration domain.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and drafting of US immigration petitions and supporting documentation, including H-1B and Adjustment of Status (AOS) cases.
- Review case documents and information for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established processes.




- Assist immigration specialists and attorneys with gathering and organizing information required for petition preparation.
- Conduct basic legal and immigration-related research under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain case-related documentation and records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to obtain required information and documentation within defined timelines.
- Assist in tracking case status and ensuring timely completion of assigned case-related activities.
- Support client and foreign national communication by responding to routine queries and providing information as directed by the team.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure adherence to confidentiality, data privacy, and information security requirements.
