How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for key tasks related to financial systems testing, integration, support and reporting. Essential functions of the role are to lead testing and implementation of agency system upgrades and production maintenance while partnering with internal and external vendor development teams to test, implement or resolve production issues. Incumbent(s)



are also responsible for supporting of Epic accounting system processes and users with production issues and follow-up/tracking of issues with Applied Systems in addition to managing accounting-related help desk tickets and communicate with users the status of the issues.
Develop and maintain accounting system procedures and testing documentation, maintain organization of all electronic files for the accounting center as directed, and maintain accounting/system support files.
May also act as analytical or procedural expert and represent team on cross-functional process or project deliverables and may provide guidance to lower level staff, but has no formal supervisory responsibility.

About you

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Accounting/Finance or Informations Systems)
Minimum of 6 years hands-on experience with accounting systems and processes.
Expert level proficiency in Excel.
Solid accounting trade/accounting process knowledg
