Requirement:
M . Tech (Design / Thermal)
* 2 - 4 years of experience in Product Design and Development preferably in the
field of Refrigeration/Air Conditioning.
* Hands-on experience in product design, engineering calculations, testing, and
validation activities
* Experience in applying the technical understanding and design principles to
the product design and should be able to correlate with actual product
testing
* Ability to perform engineering calculations and correlate analytical results
with product testing outcomes.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, along with statistical
data analysis
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ; Well conversant with
presentation through MS tools and experience of presentation
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and engineering
methodologies
* Creative mindset with a strong affinity for learning and driving innovation
* Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with appropriate guidance.
