Key Responsibilities
Technical & Engineering Responsibilities
· Review customer specifications, RFQs, tender documents, and technical requirements.
· Analyse customer requirements and develop optimized technical solutions.
· Prepare technical proposals, engineering calculations, equipment selection, and application studies.
· Develop and review single line diagrams, GA drawings, schematics, BOMs, and related engineering documents.
· Preparation of CT & PT sizing calculations.
· Candidate should have clear idea on switchgear protection system.
· Candidate should have clear ide on communication protocol like IEC 61850, MODBUS, GOOSE etc.
· Ensure compliance with international standards, industry codes, customer specifications, and company guidelines.




· Coordinate with design, manufacturing, project management, sourcing, and quality teams for smooth execution of projects.
Customer & Sales Support
· Provide technical support to sales teams during bidding and proposal stages.
· Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and clarification sessions.
· Address customer technical queries and provide timely resolutions.
· Support factory acceptance tests (FAT), inspections when required.

Technical Competencies
· Robust understanding of engineering fundamentals and system design.
· Ability to interpret customer specifications and technical standards.
· Knowledge of electrical systems, switchgear, protection systems, automation systems, or relevant product lines.
· Proficiency in engineering tools such as AutoCAD, EPLAN, SAP is preferred.
