We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of experience, including hands‑on leadership responsibilities as a Technical Lead. You should be a well‑rounded engineer with a proven track record of developing enterprise-grade applications, mentoring team members, and delivering high‑quality solutions in a dynamic, agile environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications using Java, Spring, and modern frontend frameworks.
Drive end‑to‑end delivery of modules, ensuring code quality, performance, maintainability, and security.
Mentor and guide a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best engineering practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Contribute to architecture discussions, propose enhancements, and ensure alignment with technical roadmaps.
Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack and optimize application performance.
Ensure full SDLC adherence, including documentation, testing,



CI/CD, and post‑production support.
Stay current with emerging technologies and propose adoption where beneficial.
Knowledge and Skills – Required
Backend Development
Robust hands‑on experience in Java programming and the Spring Framework.
Deep experience in designing and building RESTful APIs over HTTP.
Familiarity with OAuth2/OpenID Connect, authentication/authorization flows, and backend cybersecurity principles.
Experience with application servers and working with MySQL, MongoDB, and S3 buckets.
DevOps & Cloud
Understanding of the DevOps philosophy, including observability, monitoring, and running highly performant systems.
Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Frontend Development
Strong experience with Angular and JavaScript.
Ability to contribute to frontend codebases using React Native or Angular as needed.
