We are seeking a skilled Development Lead with 8-10 years of experience to spearhead technical delivery for our India-based team. You will be the technical authority on the team, responsible for architecture decisions, code quality, and the mentorship of frontend and backend developers. This role requires deep expertise across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Java, Spring, JavaScript, and React, along with a strong ability to lead by example and guide a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end technical design and implementation of AEM-based digital experience solutions.
* Architect scalable, maintainable solutions across the full stack, including Java/Spring backends and React frontends.
* Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
* Mentor and guide frontend and backend developers, providing technical direction and growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with the Business Analyst to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
* Evaluate technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.




* Participate in sprint planning and estimation, providing accurate technical assessments.
* Serve as a technical escalation point for the team, resolving complex implementation challenges.
* Drive adoption of contemporary development practices including test-driven development (TDD) and CI/CD.
* Stay current with AEM platform updates, Java ecosystem changes, and frontend technology evolution.
* Provide technical leadership for application development on the Azure platform, partnering closely with the Infrastructure team to align application architecture with cloud infrastructure, security, scalability, and operational best practices while delivering solutions that meet business goals.
