Designation: Head –Content & Social Media

Role Summary

Della Townships is seeking a strategic, visionary, and high-impact Head Content & Social Media to own the brand's digital ecosystem, narrative architecture, and social media presence across all luxury real estate, lifestyle, and township projects. This leadership role involves translating Della’s design-led, luxury living vision into digital brand positioning, storytelling campaigns, and online communities.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Narrative & Storytelling: Define and evolve Della Townships' digital Tone of Voice (TOV), ensuring absolute visual and narrative alignment across luxury villas, smart integrated townships, and experiential lifestyle properties.
Social Media Vision & Execution: Formulate and manage end-to-end multi-platform strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
Content Calendar & Campaign Strategy: Direct the editorial content pipeline, brand campaigns, launch events, project unveilings, and executive thought-leadership initiatives.




Production & Creative Direction: Collaborate closely with creative copywriters, video production units, graphic designers, and photographers for high-end digital shoots and brand films.
Influencer & PR Alliances: Partner with PR teams, luxury lifestyle creators, and UHNI/VVIP influencers to elevate reach, brand equity, and category share-of-voice.
Performance Analytics & Optimization: Monitor channel engagement, reach, conversion content, video completion rates, and campaign ROI to continually refine content properties.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead, mentor, and build in-house content managers, social media executives, and external creative/agency partners.
