Role Description
The Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagercoil. This role involves consulting with clients to understand their travel requirements and budget, and designing tailored itineraries for leisure and corporate trips. The Travel Consultant will handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transport, and activities, while ensuring reservations are accurate and cost-effective. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing destination guidance,



managing bookings and changes, coordinating documentation, and delivering prompt, courteous customer service. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, vendor offerings, and promotional packages to recommend the best options to clients.

Qualifications
